Ingredients

  • 1 can light coconut milk

  • 1 ½ (20 ml) Tbsps. of unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 8 zero-calorie Truvía Calorie-Free Sweetener Packets*

  • 14 tsp (2 ml) salt

  • 14 tsp (2 ml) cornstarch

  • 2 tsp (10 ml) of vanilla extract

Directions

  • 1.

    In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, whisk together coconut milk, cocoa powder, Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener, salt and cornstarch.

    Mix well.

  • 3.

    Bring to a simmer/slight boil, about 5 minutes on medium.

  • 4.

    Remove from heat, cover and hold for 10 minutes.

    Mix in vanilla extract.

  • 6.

    Keep refrigerated in an airtight container, until ready to mix into your coffee.
