Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (180mL) creamy Almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cups (350mL) almond flour (blanched)
  • 1 tsp (5mL) ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp (2mL) salt
  • 1 Tbsp (15mL) Truvía Calorie-Free Spoonable sweetener*
  • 1 oz. (30mL) coconut meat, dried (desiccated), not sweetened

*or 4 packets of Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener

Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except coconut meat.
  2. Chill mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into 14 balls.
  4. Roll the balls in the coconut meat.
  5. Keeps refrigerated in an airtight container.
