Cinnamon Dressing

  • 12 cup (125 mL) white distilled vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) + 1 tsp (5 mL) Truvía® calorie-free sweetener spoonable*

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) kosher salt

  • 18 tsp (625 mL) ground black pepper

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) ground cinnamon

  • 14 cup (50 mL) canola or olive oil


  • 2 cups (500 mL) celery, chopped diagonally

  • 2 cups (500 mL) apples, Granny Smith or Braeburn, unpeeled and julienne sliced

  • 2 cups (500 mL) pears, Bosc, peeled and julienne sliced

  • 1.

    Assemble all ingredients.

  • 2.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, Truvía® calorie-free sweetener, salt, pepper and cinnamon.

    While whisking, drizzle in oil until combined.

    In a separate bowl, place celery, apple, and pears.

  • 5.

    Pour cinnamon salad dressing over fruits and celery; toss to mix.
