  • 5 cups (1.25 L) fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 (9-inch) reduced-fat graham cracker crust

  • 14 cup (50 mL) + 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) all-purpose flour

  • 112 tsp (7.5 mL) vanilla extract

  • 14 tsp (1.25 mL) grated lemon rind

  • 1 (8-oz.) container low-fat sour cream

  • 14 cup (50 mL) dry bread crumbs

  • 112 tsp (7.5 mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) margarine, melted

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190° C).

    Place blueberries in crust; set aside.

  • 3.

    Combine 14 cup (50 mL) + 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend, flour, vanilla, lemon rind and sour cream; spread over blueberries.

  • 4.

    In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, 112 tsp Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend and margarine; sprinkle over sour cream mixture.

  • 5.

    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes or until set and crumbs are lightly browned. Cool 1 hour on a wire rack.
