Candied Pumpkin Seeds made with Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

  • 1 cup (240 mL) pumpkin seeds, cleaned

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

  • ½ tsp (3 mL) cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp (2 mL) salt

  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) water (optional)


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).

  • 2.

    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Add water as need to create well glazed seeds.

  • 3.

    Spread onto a sprayed/greased foil lined baking sheet.

  • 4.

    Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes, or until crisp.

  • 5.

    Cool completely.

  • 6.

    Store leftovers in an airtight container.
