1 cup (240 mL) pumpkin seeds, cleaned
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend
½ tsp (3 mL) cinnamon
¼ tsp (2 mL) salt
1 Tbsp (15 mL) water (optional)
Directions
- 1.
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- 2.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Add water as need to create well glazed seeds.
- 3.
Spread onto a sprayed/greased foil lined baking sheet.
- 4.
Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes, or until crisp.
- 5.
Cool completely.
- 6.
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
