  • 12 cup (125 mL) pasteurized liquid egg whites

  • 2 cups (500 mL) fresh seasonal berries (strawberries, blueberries, whatever you like)

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) of cinnamon

  • 1 cup (250 mL) of apple cider
