  • 6 zero-calorie Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener Packets***

  • 1 12 cup (350 mL) of unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 cups (475 mL) spinach, washed

  • 4 mint leaves, washed

  • 12 cup (120 mL) pineapple, washed, peeled, cubed and frozen

  • 12 cup (120 mL) mango, washed, peeled, cubed and frozen

  • 12 cup (120 mL) strawberry, washed and frozen

***or 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp of zero-calorie Truvia Calorie-Free Spoonable Sweetener


  • 1.

    Combine coconut milk, mint and spinach into a blender. Process until smooth.

  • 2.

    Add all other ingredients into the blender. Process until smooth.

  • 3.

    Serve immediately. Refrigerate unused portion in sealed container.
