Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe

Get a cocktail that is surprisingly balanced, with just the right ratio of liquor, coffee and sugar. Each serving contains 18% fewer calories and 54% less sugar* per serving than the full-sugar version. Makes 1 serving.

  • 1 cup ( 240 ml) of ice (place in cocktail shaker)

  • 2 oz (60 ml) vodka

  • ½ oz (15 ml) coffee liqueur

  • 1 oz (30 ml) espresso

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Truvía® Simple Syrup

Truvía® Simple Syrup Recipe (makes 4oz or 120 ml)

    Add Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener to warm water.

  • 2.

    Sake or blend until completely dissolved.

  • 3.

    Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and ½ oz (15 ml) of Truvía® Simple Syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
