Truvia Monk Fruit Fall Syrup


  • 2 ½ cups (600 ml) Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Monk Fruit Fall Syrup, chilled

  • 1 bottle (750ml) prosecco, chilled

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) vodka, chilled

  • 1 ½ cups (350 ml) seltzer water, chilled

  • 1 apple washed and sliced; make sure to remove seeds (for garnish)

  • 1 orange washed and sliced (for garnish)

  • Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Rim of Glass

  • 14 cup (60 ml) Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Monk Fruit

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) cinnamon

  • Orange slice


Fall Syrup
  • 1.

    Add all the ingredients for the fall syrup into a large pan.

  • 2.

    Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • 3.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  • 4.

    Mash ingredients in pan.

  • 5.

    Strain though sieve into large measuring cup/bowl (should get 2 ½- 3 cups or 600-700 ml).

  • 6.

    Set aside to cool (if you don’t have 2 ½ cups (600 ml) add back some water to reach 2 ½ cups (600 ml)).

  • 7.

    In a large punch bowl, add ice.

  • 8.

    Pour in Truvia Monk Fruit Fall Syrup, prosecco, vodka, and seltzer water.

  • 9.

    Add apples, oranges, and cinnamon sticks.

Glass Rim Coating
  • 10.

    Combine Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Monk Fruit and cinnamon in a small bowl. A bowl that will fit the glass you choose.

  • 11.

    Using an orange slice, wet rim of glasses, then dip into cinnamon mix, turning to coat. Serve punch in rimmed glasses.
