No-Bake Cookie Dough Bite Recipe

The truly incomparable flavour of cookie dough, in delicious little bites. All the sweet, chocolatey goodness– and no baking! Our recipe has 57% less sugar* per serving compared to the full-sugar version. Makes 20 bites.

  • 2 cups (475mL) almond flour

  • 8 Tbsp (120mL) butter

  • 12 cup (120mL) Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener

  • 1 tsp (5mL) vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp (1mL) salt

  • ½ cup (120mL) of bittersweet chocolate chips



  • 1.

    In a large bowl combine flour, butter, Truvia Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener, vanilla extract and salt. Blend with a mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes on low mix.

    Mix in chocolate chips, about 30 sec on low.

  • 3.

    Roll into 20 balls.

  • 4.

    Place in freezer for 5 minutes.

    Combine coconut oil, bittersweet chocolate chips and Truvía® Sweet Complete Icing Sweetener in a microwave safe coffee cup.

  • 6.

    Microwave for 30 seconds, mix, microwave 30 seconds, mix, repeat until all is melted after mixing, do not boil.

    Using a toothpick or fork, dip filling balls into chocolate coating, use a spoon to help cover completely with coating, allow excess to run off.

  • 8.

    Place on wax paper covered tray.

  • 9.

    Refrigerate until coating hardens.

  • 10.

    Enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.
