Ingredients

TRUVÍA® PEANUT SYRUP

  • 12 cup (125mL) unsalted peanuts

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable*

or 24 packets of Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener

PT&J COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz. Truvía® peanut syrup

  • 1 12 oz. Bourbon

  • 1 Tbsp grape jelly

Directions

TRUVÍA® PEANUT SYRUP
  • 1.

    Boil 12 cup (125mL) unsalted peanuts in 2 cups (500mL) water for 15 minutes

  • 2.

    Strain out peanuts, discard

  • 3.

    Add 1 cup (250mL) Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener back to the peanut water

  • 4.

    Bring to a boil while stirring

  • 5.

    Remove from heat and allow to cool

  • 6.

    Keep covered and refrigerated up to one week

PT&J COCKTAIL
  • 7.

    Add 12 oz. Truvía® peanut syrup, bourbon, and grape jelly to a mixing tin half-filled with ice

  • 8.

    Shake until the tin is frosted

  • 9.

    Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice

  • 10.

    Garnish with a banana slice
