Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

Why not make it at home! This simple recipe has 5 ingredients and creates the coffee shop delight using Truvia Stevia Spoonable Brown Sweetener with a hint of Molasses.   • 2 tsp (10 ml) Truvia Sweet Complete Brown

  • 34 cup (180 ml) strong coffee

  • 12 tsp (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon

  • 12 cup (120 ml) oat milk (unsweetened)

  • ½ cup (120 ml) ice


  • 1.

    In a cocktail shaker or large sealable cup (larger than 8oz or 240 ml) add Truvia Stevia Brown Spoonable Sweetener with a hint of Molasses, coffee, and cinnamon.

    Shake up and down several times. (If you want to remove cinnamon (grit) pour now through a fine strainer into below glass)

  • 3.

    Transfer to a large glass with ice and top with oat milk.

  • 4.

    Watch the color separate and enjoy.

  • 5.

    Store leftover in refrigerator.

Options (Will Affect Nutritional Information)

  • For a sweeter version add more Truvia Stevia Brown Spoonable Sweetener with a hint of Molasses, without adding sugar.

  • For a vanilla flare: Add 1 tsp (5 ml) of vanilla extract.

  • For a chocolate flare Add 2 Tbsp (30 ml). of cocoa powder.

  • Use any type of milk (almond, cows, flavored milks, etc.)
