Cinnamon Chai Nog Recipe with Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

Perfect for cooler weather, this spiced nog will warm you inside and out! Made with Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend, this drink has 30% fewer calories* and 32% less sugar* than the regular brown sugar-sweetened version. Makes 5 servings.

Cinnamon Syrup

  • 12 cup (125mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

  • 34 cup (180mL) hot water

  • 2 cinnamon sticks


  • 1 12 cups (375mL) chai concentrate

  • 1 12 (375mL) cups apple cider

  • 1 12 cups (375mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 14 cup (60mL) cinnamon syrup

5 Tbsp (75mL) whipped topping (optional)


  • 1.

    Bring water to boil in a small sauce pan over high heat; stir in Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend and reduce to simmer.

    Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let steep 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick.

  • 3.

    Combine chai concentrate, apple cider, almond milk, and cinnamon syrup in a large saucepan; heat to simmering. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped topping and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

  • 4.

    Cover and refrigerate remaining Chai Nog and Cinnamon Syrup. Keep remaining Cinnamon Syrup on hand for the next time you make Cinnamon Chai Nog.
