Ingredients

  • 3 cups (750 mL) broccoli florets and pieces

  • 1 cup (250 mL) celery sliced on bias (3 stalks)

  • 1 cup (250 mL) red bell pepper, diced 12"

  • 12 cup (125 mL) red onion, halved julienne 14 " x 1"

Dressing

  • 12 cup (125 mL) vinegar, white, distilled

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) + 1 tsp (5 mL) Truvía® calorie-free sweetener spoonable*

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) salt

  • 18 tsp (.625 mL) black pepper, ground

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) cinnamon, ground

  • 14 cup (50 mL) canola or olive oil

Directions

  • 1.

    Assemble all ingredients.

  • 2.

    Place prepared broccoli, celery, red bell peppers, onion in a mixing bowl; toss.

  • 3.

    Place vinegar, Truvía® calorie-free sweetener, salt, pepper, and cinnamon in small mixing bowl; whisk together.

  • 4.

    While whisking, drizzle in oil; whisk until well mixed.

  • 5.

    Pour dressing over ingredients; toss.

  • 6.

    Allow to chill in refrigerator until served.
