Balsamic Vinaigrette with Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

This easy and delicious dressing is tangy and sweet at the same time, thanks to Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend. This dressing has 33% less sugar than the sugar* sweetened version. Makes 10 servings.

  • 12 cup (125 mL) balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) salt

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) garlic, minced

  • 34 cup (185 mL) olive oil


  • 1.

    In a small bowl, whisk the Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend and salt into the balsamic vinegar until dissolved. Add garlic and black pepper.

    Slowly stream the olive oil into the vinegar, whisking constantly to emulsify.

*This dressing has 2 grams of sugar per serving compared to the full-sugar version which has 3 grams of sugar per serving.
