  • 1 bunch romaine lettuce, torn

  • 12 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups (500 mL) fresh strawberries, halved

  • 14 cup (50 mL) slivered almonds

Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 34 cup (175 mL) light mayonnaise (not salad dressing)

  • 14 cup (50 mL) skim milk

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) + 1 tsp (5 mL) Truvía® calorie-free sweetener*

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vinegar

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) poppy seeds

    Combine romaine, onion and strawberries in a large bowl.
