Ingredients

Concentrated Coffee

  • 1 cup (240 mL) coarsely ground coffee

  • 4 12 cups (1080 mL ) cold water

Coffee Serving

***or 1 12 tsp (7 mL) of zero-calorie Truvía Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable

Directions

For Concentrate Coffee
  • 1.

    Place coffee grounds in a large pitcher add cold water and stir to combine.

  • 2.

    Cover let steep, refrigerated for 12 hours.

  • 3.

    Line a fine-mesh strainer with a coffee filter.

  • 4.

    Strain through filter.

  • 5.

    Discard grounds and content of strainer.

  • 6.

    Wash and dry pitcher, transfer the strained coffee into pitcher.

  • 7.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

For Coffee Serving
  • 8.

    Combine 6 oz (180 ml) cold brew coffee, 6 oz (180 ml) water and Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener to taste.

  • 9.

    Add in milk or cream if desired (will affect nutritionals).
