Gin Fizz Float with Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener

Another mix of heaven from mixologist Nicole DiMattei. She figured out the perfect formula for a cocktail that’s also a dessert. Sprinkle on the grated orange zest and the sweet treat is ready with 33% fewer calories* and 87% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Makes 2 servings.

  • 2 oz. (57 g) no-sugar-added vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream, softened

  • 212 (12.5 mL) tsp Truvía® calorie-free sweetener*

  • 12 fresh lime

  • Ice

  • 112 oz. (42 g) gin

  • 112 oz. (42 g) seltzer

  • 3 drops orange blossom water

  • Freshly-grated orange zest

  • 1.

    In a soda fountain tumbler, add: No-sugar-added vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream.

  • 2.

    In a mixing glass, muddle: Truvía® calorie-free sweetener and lime.

  • 3.

    Half-fill with ice, then add: gin.

  • 4.

    Shake until the tin is frosted, add: seltzer and drops of orange blossom water.

  • 5.

    Swirl gently to mix while preserving carbonation.

  • 6.

    Double-strain into tumbler over ice cream, allowing drink to froth while pouring.

  • 7.

    Freshly-grated orange zest over top, serve with a short flexible straw.
