Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 mL) oat milk

    • 1 cup (240 mL) old-fashioned rolled oats
    • 3 cups (700 mL) water
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) cardamom

  • 3 cloves

  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener

  • 3 cups (700 mL) black tea

Directions

    Put the oats and water into a blender and blend on high for 2 minutes.

    Skim the foam off the top and place in a new bowl.

    Strain the oat milk through a small sieve into a bowl with foam.

    With a spoon press on the oats in the sieve until all liquid comes out.

    Toss the solids and set aside the liquid.
