  • 5 cups (1.25 L) rhubarb, washed, cut into 12" pieces

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) cinnamon

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL) Diamond Crystal® kosher salt

  • 1 cup (250 mL) water

  • 13 cup (75 mL) + 112 tsp (7.5 mL) Truvía® calorie-free sweetener spoonable*

  • 1.

    Assemble all ingredients.

  • 2.

    Place rhubarb in cooking kettle.

  • 3.

    Add Truvía® calorie-free sweetener, cinnamon, water and salt; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat; allow to cool for 25 minutes.
