  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, washed, halved

  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries, washed

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • ¼ cup Truvia Sweet Complete™ All-Purpose Sweetener

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp gelatin (2 packets)

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 350° F.

  • 2.

    Preheat skillet or Dutch oven in preheated oven (10 min).

  • 3.

    Combine Truvia Sweet Complete™ All-Purpose Sweetener, baking powder, almond flour, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

  • 4.

    Add egg and mix.

  • 5.

    Add melted butter and mix. Set aside.

  • 6.

    In the hot skillet or Dutch oven, mix together strawberries and blueberries, butter, lemon juice Truvia Sweet Complete™ All-Purpose Sweetener, cinnamon and salt.

  • 7.

    Next, mix in gelatin.

  • 8.

    Scoop up a tablespoon of topping and flatten in hand and place on top of berries, you should get about five 2-inch rounds.

  • 9.

    Bake the cobbler 25 minutes, the edges should be bubbling and the top of the crust should be a golden brown color.

  • 10.

    Cool for 15 minutes and serve warm. Store cobbler, covered, in the refrigerator.

  • To make dairy-free, use coconut oil instead of butter.
