  • ½ cup (120 mL) water

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cinnamon Truvia brown sugar simple syrup

  • 1 shot espresso (about 30 mL)

  • 6 ounces (180 mL) steamed or hot almond milk

    Microwave 14 cup (60 mL) brown sugar, ½ cup (120 mL) water and cinnamon stick for 2 minutes.
