Ingredients

Concentrated Coffee

  • 1 cup (240 mL) coarsely ground coffee

  • 4 cups (960 mL) coconut water

Coffee Serving

  • 13 cup (80 mL) cold brew coconut coffeee

  • 12 tsp (2.5 mL ) Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener

  • Ice

Directions

For Concentrated Coffee
  • 1.

    Place coffee grounds in a large pitcher add coconut water and stir to combine.

  • 2.

    Cover let steep in refrigerator for 12 hours.

  • 3.

    Line a fine-mesh strainer with a coffee filter.

  • 4.

    Strain coffee through filter.

  • 5.

    Discard grounds and content of strainer.

  • 6.

    Wash and dry pitcher, transfer the strained coffee into pitcher.

  • 7.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

For Coffee Serving
  • 8.

    For each cup of iced coffee combine 23 cups milk with 13 cup of coffee concentrate.

  • 9.

    Sweeten with Truvía® Calorie-Free Sweetener.

  • 10.

    Top with ice.

  • 11.

    Enjoy before ice melts.
