Oatmeal Raisin Cookies with Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup (125 mL) butter
1⁄4 cup (50 mL) Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend
1 Tbsp (15 mL) molasses
1 egg
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) vanilla
3⁄4 cup (175 mL) all-purpose flour
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) baking soda
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) ground cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp (2.5 mL) salt
11⁄2 cups (375 mL) rolled oats
3⁄4 cup (175 mL) raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F (190° C).
In a large mixing bowl cream butter, Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend, molasses, egg and vanilla until smooth.
In a second bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, mixing until uniform. Stir in the oats and raisins.
Drop tablespoons of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between cookies.
Bake for 10 minutes or until just golden at the edges.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then remove cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
